ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 after beginning my State Farm career as a team member. I joined the industry shortly after college and eventually went through the Agent Aspirant Program, which gave me the experience and foundation to pursue agency ownership. I’m a proud Christopher Newport University alumnus, and outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the James River.

Giving back is important to our agency, and we stay involved through various local charities, nonprofit organizations, and community outreach efforts.

Our agency offers a 401(k), health stipend, professional development, and opportunities to pursue the Agent Aspirant Program for those interested in a path toward agency ownership. We also like to keep things fun with team-building events and promotions that recognize and reward our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Mike Rybinski - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
